Car wrapping shops manually tracked vehicle progress on paper and over phone calls — leaving customers anxious and staff overloaded with status enquiries. The team needed a single source of truth their customers could check anytime.
An end-to-end web platform: a Laravel admin dashboard for staff to log wrap stages, a customer-facing status page, and a WhatsApp Business API integration that auto-notifies customers when their car moves to the next stage — no manual messages required.
Replaced the team's ad-hoc SOP with a streamlined digital workflow. Customers stopped calling for updates because they got real-time WhatsApp notifications. Client reported smoother daily operations and a more professional brand experience.
Grab & Drop — Browser AR Experiment
Personal R&D · Exploring real-time hand tracking in the browser
Curiosity-driven build: can a regular webcam, plain JavaScript, and a browser deliver a playable AR interaction without any plugins or apps? Built as a weekend experiment to push my own skills outside typical client work.
Detects hand movements through the webcam in real-time and lets you "grab" and "drop" virtual objects with natural gestures — all running directly in the browser, zero install required.
Demonstrates that I look beyond the brief. When clients ask "can the web do that?" I've already explored the edge cases. This kind of curiosity translates into smarter recommendations on real client projects.
